Suncrest® Certified Grower, Pescadero Growers operates in a 55,000 SF greenhouse and grows lettuce in Suncrest’s proprietary Deep Water Culture (DWC) hydroponic tanks.
Since opening, Suncrest's sales team has established an outstanding reputation for premium quality lettuce with some of the top chefs in the SF Bay Area, including: Michelin Star restaurants (Madera, Angler, Chez TJ, In Situ, The Plumed Horse, Woodside Village Pub) as well at the Ritz-Carlton HMB, the Fairmont SF, Epic Steak, ASA and Trident in Sausalito.
Consumers purchase Suncrest® Lettuce at independent grocers like Robert's Markets in Woodside & Portola Valley, Bianchini’s, DiMartini’s, Sigona’s, New Leaf Markets (HMB), Woodlands Markets and Oliver’s Markets in Santa Rosa.
